EM1067S, EM1122, EM1180, EM1360, and EM1450 are new AC-DC switching power supplies designed based on GaN technology, each equipped with features of high efficiency, reliability, and compact size. Compared to traditional silicon-based MOSFETs, this product series utilized GaN-MOSFETs at its core, resulting in higher power density and operational efficiency. This medical power series cover 48W-450W with universal input 100-240VAC. Its design is aimed at achieving higher efficiency (max. 95%) while reducing energy consumption, ensuring a reliable power supply for critical medical applications.
